Geographer - "I'm Ready"

I have had a very special appreciation for Geographer ever since I heard Kites back in 2010. It was my go-to song for cheering myself up when I was feeling down. The guys describe their music as "soulful music from outer space" and I have no problem with that designation. Their latest, "I'm Ready", is the first off of their recently announced third album, Ghost Modern, and the track embodies why I fell for these guys in the first place: incredibly layered analogue and digital elements with airy vocals lightly floating above. It lifts me up and sets me adrift.
