Chet Faker - "Talk is Cheap"
Smooth-singing Australian Chet Faker is back with the first single from his upcoming debut album, Built on Glass. Premiering earlier today on triple j, "Talk is Cheap" continues along the path that has made Chet a bit of an internet and indie darling (and one of my favourite artists of the last few years) - mellow vocals over a jazzy, down-tempo production. The accompanying stop-motion music video is unique (to say the least) and perfectly complements toned-down sounds of the song. This one's a keeper.
