FYFE - "Polythene Love"

For the last week or so FYFE has released a new song a day from his upcoming album, Control. I told myself I was only going to write about one of them to prevent an overload, but then I heard "Polythene Love" and just could not help myself. Of all the new music I have heard from the London artist this week, this is by far the most memorable, if not my overall favourite. This song is bright and vibrant, with poppy guitar riffs and synths overflowing in every direction. It is also notable as it is the first song that features someone else in way of an unknown and unaccredited female vocalist whom FYFE is (unsuccessfully) attempting to court. After listening to this, I am sure that 2015 is going to be a huge year for FYFE and it is very much deserved.
