Lewis Del Mar - "Loud(y)"

This is one of those songs that I meant to post back when I first heard it a month or so ago, but for some reason I never got around to it. Thankfully, I was recently reminded of its existence and couldn't justify not saying something. With debut single, "Loud(y)", Brooklyn's Lewis Del Mar are not pulling any punches and we are thankful for it. "Loud(y)" is brash, aggressive, and wholly unique. They've been compared to alt-j (never a bad thing IMO), but they definitely have a sound of their own that is sure to carry them forward. I have since heard their second single, "Memories", and while I prefer "Loud(y)" more both songs give a pretty clear indication of what these guys plan on doing - make great music.
