Metronomy - "Love Letters"
As the weeks count down to the release of Metronomy's newest album, the UK-based band has given us another single to whet our appetites. “Love Letters”, the title track off of the follow-up album to 2011's The English Riviera, sounds little like their previous single, I'm Aquarius (a song I'm still trying to wrap my head around). With piano riffs abound, Joseph Mount's vocals, and a soaring trumpet solo towards the end, this song feels like a tribute to classic Bowie.
Love Letters is out March 11th through Because Music.
