Caribou - "Can't Do Without You"
I don't know that much about Canadian group Caribou, or at least I haven't seriously followed them over the years. The first song I heard by them was Crayon (back when they went by Manitoba) and I loved it. Since then I've only heard the occasional track that didn't really perk my interest. That changed today when I heard their newest single, “Can't Do Without You”. While this song is essentially just a giant loop, it's still entrancing - the kind of song that craves good headphones, increased volume, and about 4 minutes to spare. This song alone isn't enough to convince me to buy their new album unheard, but it is enough to get me excited about it's release and to see what else they have in store for us.
