Refs - "Spotlight"

It's been 2 years since we first heard about Refs, but it has been worth the wait. "Spotlight" is a synth-heavy track that was clearly influenced by the '80s but also has a foundation in more recent music. It reminds me of an event I can't quite place, with an associated feeling of joy and elation. In other words - I like this song.
