Cape Lion - "Deceiving"
I haven’t listened to Cape Lion in probably 4 years, so I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that not only was he still making music, he was still making great music. “Deceiving” is as smooth as past work from Carl Owen Sevedag (his real name), but the vocals are more remiscent of a Tame Impala track than what I’ve heard from Sevedag in the past, and honestly it’s equally hypnotizing. “Deceiving” is one of the tracks off an upcoming EP due out some time next year, which I’m hoping means we’ll continue to get some releases in the near future.
