The Natural Synthetic - "Nervous"
It has been a while since I’ve come across a song that is relatively new, and especially rare if it’s the debut single from a new group. So consider it a nice surprise when I first heard “Nervous” from The Natural Synthetic. From an interview with EARMILK, the song is about “being nervous either liking someone so much that you don’t know how to handle yourself or being nervous about telling that person you can’t be with them anymore or not being able to communicate.” Trying to saddle the line between those two very different emotions is an incredibly challenging task, and yet The Natural Synthetic not only succeed in that task but excel.
