KiNG MALA - "sugarblind"
Most of LA-based singer-songwriter KiNG MALA’s material could easily be quantified as melancholic. “sugarblind”, on the other hand, is noticeably brighter, comparing her desires for someone to the craving of something sweet (hence the name). It’s a more upbeat take than we’re used to from KiNG MALA. Even Areli Castro, the woman behind KiNG MALA, said as much when describing the song
