Bay Ledges - "Changing"

Light, electric, and resonant. Somehow that is how I would describe “Changing” from Bay Ledges. It jumps all over the place but maintains a common feel throughout that carries the vocals and lyrics. I am both confused and enthralled by this one but I cannot stop listening to it, which at the end of the day is really all that matters.
